Reservations are currently being made from the plan. We would be happy to answer your questions on site and provide you with information. We would recommend you send us your application today in order to reserve your new “Am Rebberg” home.

In due course, you will also have the chance to visit your future apartment in its shell.

From the summer of 2019, you will be able to get an idea of the quality of living in our “Am Rebberg” show apartment.

Note on viewings
Under no circumstances should you go to the construction site without being accompanied by one of our members of staff. Please be aware that you are visiting a construction site. Be sure to wear sturdy and flat footwear. Special care should be taken when visiting with children and babies. There is no fully functioning lift as yet!

To make a binding application or reservation, please send a complete application including all the necessary references.

This includes:

  • The completed application form
  • Details of your employer (or proof of your pension) and current landlord (including the contact person and their phone number)
  • Up-to-date, original extract from the Debt Enforcement Register (no older than two months), going back at least two years
  • If applicable, a copy of your residence permit and Schufa credit record
